Questions about payment
What is included in the free summary?
The overall score, the average for each rating, the share who would hire again, highlighted strengths and how many references the candidate has had answered. Who the former managers are, companies, periods, the individual answers and the security check require unlocking.
How long do we have access to a report?
For 6 months from unlocking – or until the candidate withdraws consent. This ensures the data is only used for the specific recruitment.
Can we download the report?
No. The report is only shown in the browser. This protects the candidate and means you don't have to store personal data in your own systems.
How do we pay?
By card via Stripe. You receive a receipt and a VAT invoice by email, and you can always find previous invoices in your company account. Enterprise can be invoiced.
